Open Source Version - Common Public Attribution License (CPAL)
The Common Public Attribution License (CPAL) is an OSI approved license, which is derived from the Mozilla Public License, version 1.1 (MPL). The primary difference between the CPAL and the MPL is the addition of Sections 14 and 15, which provide for limited attribution for the Original Developer and cover the use of software over a computer network. The contents of the attribution clause is defined by the copyright holder. Kaazing has chosen to make any attribution voluntary.
Commercial Version - Kaazing Enterprise License
Kaazing support subscriptions are covered by the Kaazing Enterprise License (KEL). The KEL offers both warranty and indemnification assurances. In addition, the KEL removes the attribution clause that appears in the Kaazing Public License.
